If your mailing address is in the USA, you must reply to this survey to get your game. If you do not live in the USA, please do not reply to that survey.
Earlier I said I expected American and non-American backers to get their games at the same time. As you may have noticed, non-American backers already have their copies of Cultists of Cthulhu, while Americans are still waiting. What's up with that? Well, two things. One is that the shipping to non-Americans was a lot faster than I expected, which is good! The other is that the Chinese shipping company I hired to get the games from China to the USA really dropped the ball. They split the shipment into two orders, one to go to the distributor to sell to retail, and one to go to Amazon to be sent out to you guys, and then only put the first one on the boat. It took quite a while and an enormous amount of headache and a few thousand dollars, but your games are finally headed over. I'm having the distributor hold their games and not sell them to retail until after you guys get yours, because you definitely deserve to be the first Americans to get it.
It has been a long, hard, painful journey, but it is all worth it to start hearing from non-Americans that they've got their games and are enjoying them, and soon, to be hearing the same from you.

Where are the add-ons? you may be asking

The add-ons have not been printed yet. They won't be shipped out for a while. This will give you time to get the hang of the core game and play that a bunch before expanding it, and means that we didn't have to delay the core game any more to wait for the add-ons. I will keep you updated on their progress.

If you live outside the USA and you answered the survey then your copy of Cultists of Cthulhu is in the mail!
If you live in the USA, it will take a while longer for the boat with the games to arrive, and then they will get in the mail. This should hopefully work out to everyone receiving their games at around the same time, but if not, don't worry - you will get your game, as long as you tell me your address. (Americans: don't worry, the survey to confirm your address will be coming out soon)
Finally, if you live outside of the USA (so including Canada, not including Hawaii, etc) and you haven't already filled out the survey above, please do so! Over a third of people who've filled out the survey so far (which is almost all of you) have moved between the time they gave their initial response when the kickstarter ended and now, so it is very important that you fill out the survey if you want to receive your game!

A few of you Canucks have sent me messages asking whether you count as Americans or the rest of the world, so I am sending this out to clarify: Canadians count as the rest of the world, not as Americans, and so you must respond to this survey to confirm your shipping address. Thank you!

Happy Thanksgiving! This year I am grateful for a friend of mine from middle school, who as luck would have it is now working as an exporter in China. We've got a boat, and the games are headed towards the USA!
I will continue to keep you updated as things progress. The boat is estimated to land shortly after New Year's, and then it should be (fingers crossed) very quick to get you your games.
